last supper was a food & cooking project founded by me (Olivia) in portland, or in 2019.

it incubated in my brain for a few years and started as an exploration in connecting with food industry friends, cooking together, eating together, and learning about wine and fermentation.

it spanned 2 cities (portland & new york), spawned collaborations and side projects, gave life to new (and old!) friendships. it taught me about myself and my deepening practice as a creative cook.

 
 
 
 

last supper collaborators were: berlin wagar-kim, josephine lacosta, sarah jackson, nicholas van eck, molly hodson, arielle hakian, laura bartram, ben o’brien, many many farmers and everyone who ate the meals that we put our hearts and souls into.

last supper was not just a pop-up series or a cooking experiment.

to me, it was kind of like a manifesto.
